Gregory, embarked on his journey with a solid foundation in Biology, holding both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. His early career saw him immersed in research at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, paving the way to his veterinary calling at Auburn University. Here, he earned his DVM degree in 1976, setting the stage for a remarkable career dedicated to animal care.
Planting Roots
In 1977, Dr. Gregory, alongside his wife Janice and their vibrant family, planted their roots in the Tampa Bay area. Before long, Dr. Gregory was refining his expertise in orthopedic surgery, working with the athletic canines at the Tampa Greyhound Track. This experience not only honed his skills but also deepened his commitment to veterinary excellence.
1985
The year marked a new chapter with the opening of Gregory Veterinary Clinic, a dream realized through hard work and a deep-seated belief in compassionate, high-quality veterinary care. Dr. Gregory’s son, Dr. Ryan Gregory, grew up with the clinic as a backdrop to his life, learning the ropes and the values that the clinic stood for.
